Job Description

Overview:
Globus Informatics India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts in promoting CCTV systems, System Integration, IT, and ITES solutions to Government and Corporate Institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the Government and Corporate sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, contracts, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in Government and Corporate Institutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, System Integration, IT, and ITES solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
