Experience Required Minimum 5 years in B2C/B2B/B2G sales, IT/ITeS industry, or related fields.
Position Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across IT/ITeS services, CCTV Surveillance, and IT Infrastructure. This role involves building strong client relationships, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education sector and the ability to tailor sales strategies to meet market demands.
Roles and Responsibilities
Business Development
  • Develop new business opportunities through direct marketing efforts in the IT/ITeS, CCTV Surveillance, and IT Infrastructure sectors.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, fostering long-term relationships to secure new deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create targeted marketing strategies for educational programs and services.
  • Conduct presentations and pitches to potential clients, both to secure new business and retain existing partnerships.
Market Analysis
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and lead generation.
  • Stay updated on the dynamics and regulations of the education sector, ensuring strategies are aligned with industry standards.
  • Provide market insights to internal teams for continuous improvement of marketing and product offerings.
Sales Leadership
  • Collaborate with sales teams to execute business development plans and meet sales targets.
  • Lead initiatives to expand the company s presence in the education sector, targeting B2C, B2B, and B2G opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with clients post-sale to maintain strong relationships and uncover additional business opportunities.
qualification and skills
  • A graduate degree is required, and an MBA in Marketing is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the education sector and its regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct high-level pitches and negotiations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and apply them to business strategies.
