Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks, including e-filing, scanning documents, facilitating video conferencing, and providing e-services at e-Sewa Kendras. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in computer operations and excellent typing skills.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform accurate and timely e-filing of documents.
- Scan, organize, and manage documents systematically.
- Facilitate video conferencing sessions efficiently.
- Provide support for all e-services offered at e-Sewa Kendras.
- Maintain records and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in computer operations and software applications.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
