Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, refine, and implement business solutions that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Primary Role & Responsibilities Strategic Planning

Work with executive leadership to define and articulate the company s strategic ventures, products, and solutions.
Develop short-term and long-term strategic plans aligned with business objectives.

Market Analysis

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
Provide insights into market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry trends to pinpoint new market needs and solutions.

Execution of Initiatives

Drive the execution of strategic initiatives by collaborating closely with functional leaders and project teams to develop POCs, MVPs, and tabletop developments.
Manage risks and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful implementation.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Business Development

Assist in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Work alongside business development teams to implement growth strategies and expand market presence.

Performance Metrics

Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
Implement regular reporting mechanisms to communicate progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with CXOs and key customer stakeholders to understand their priorities and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for strategic decision-making.

Working Experience and Qualifications Education

Master s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field from a top-tier institution.

Experience

6+ years in a senior strategy or business analysis role, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
Proven ability to drive strategic projects with cross-functional teams.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership effectively.
Proficiency in data analytics and experience with project management tools (e.g., Agile, Lean methodologies) is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
