ServiceNow Developer - HRSD & ITSM Modules (5-7 yrs)

Role : Senior ServiceNow Developer.

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with expertise in HRSD and ITSM modules. This role will involve designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow solutions to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions, leveraging best practices and industry standards.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.

- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, and other configuration elements.

- Create custom reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into ServiceNow data.

- Drive proactive improvements and best practices within the ServiceNow environment.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5 to 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

- Expertise in HRSD and ITSM modules.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.

- Hands-on experience with HRSD, ITSM, and ITAM modules.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is a plus.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, and Performance Analytics.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow Update Sets and Change Management.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
