Merchandising Executive

Role:

As the Merchandising Executive, you will take charge of implementing and maintaining merchandising strategies across the app. Working closely with the central marketing team, you will ensure engaging and dynamic content is displayed on the homepage and key sections of the app to drive user engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Homepage management:

• Build and maintain the homepage wireframe for various user cohorts, aligning with planned content updates.
• Update homepage content daily to keep it fresh and relevant, coordinating closely with marketing and category teams.
• Ensure timely go-live of homepage content, checking that all components and links function as intended.

Merchandising across App:

• Collaborate with marketing, category, and design teams to showcase different merchandise effectively across various app sections and category pages.
• Customize and optimize content placement based on user segments and behaviour to enhance user experience.

Event and Campaigns:

• Oversee in-app execution of sales, topical campaigns, and special events, ensuring cohesive themes and visuals.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct thorough quality checks on app content post-implementation to guarantee a high standard of execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or technical issues with displayed content.

Who you are:

• Comfortable with Tools & Cohorts: Adaptable and quick to learn new tools This is essential as we build merchandising and content management. A basic understanding of segmentation is helpful.
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Capable of clear, concise communication to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Execution Mindset: Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to managing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
