Job Description
- RR Lifestyles is looking for Merchandising Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Product Selection and Procurement:Collaborate with buyers to select products and negotiate prices with suppliers
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to make informed product decisions
- Place orders, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely deliveries
- Inventory Management:Manage stock levels and reorder merchandise as necessary
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify slow-moving items for markdowns or promotions
- Implement efficient inventory control strategies to minimize losses and maximize profits
- Visual Merchandising:Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and promote sales
- Arrange products in an organized and enticing manner
- Change displays regularly to reflect seasonal themes and promotions
- Pricing and Promotion:Set competitive and profitable prices for products
- Plan and execute promotional activities, discounts, and special offers to boost sales
- Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies accordingly
- Market Analysis and Reporting:Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities and threats
- Prepare reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and inventory turnover
- Provide recommendations to improve sales and profitability based on data analysis
- Customer Service:Assist customers in locating products and provide product information
- Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and store operations
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding product availability, quality, and delivery schedules
- Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail management
- Strong analytical and numerical skills for data analysis and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for product presentation
- Proficiency in using merchandising software and tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
