JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: University Alliance Manager

Experience: 1-5 years

Location: Chennai/ Bangalore

Education Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate Preferred

• The UAM plays a critical role in forging strong colleges & university connections so that we can achieve the mission of skilling.
• The candidate will directly work with Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) to ensure that our training programs are effectively implemented to achieve the desired learning outcomes.
• We are looking for highly competent professional who understands what it takes to ensure that maximum young graduates are employed in our country and are excited by the idea of spending time at our partner institutions.

You will be responsible for:

• Understanding of our training programs and their impact on students employability

• Creating the TPOs personal and requirement to pitch the appropriate training suitable for their needs

• Ensuring that the number of partner institutions keeps increasing in order to constantly expand our reach to more students

• Establishing high customer NPS across all partner colleges/institutions in the territory

• Building account plans and owning key account plans for all partner colleges/institutions in territory

• Partnering with internal team to develop programs that can contribute to the success of partner institutions to improve employment rates
