Title: Inside sales (Software Renewals Executive)

Job Location: Pune

Communication Skills:

Fluent in English and Hindi with written and oral communication skills

Previous experience in Outbound calling/ IT sales/ Software sales

Location : GTT office , 4th floor, Shivaji Nagar, Pune

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation, Digital sales, software sales, IT Sales, end to end sales
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Lead generation from LinkedIn sales navigator, apollo, lusha
• Revenue generation, cold calling
• Client relationship management
• Software renewals, license reselling
• Responsible for Software License renewal & customer retention.
• Build relationships and negotiate with existing clients
• Sharing monthly reports with the Head of Sales
• Maintain accurate forecast and activities for assigned tasks in the CRM.
• Achieve quarterly assigned renewal quotas.
• Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals.
• Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 to 3 year of experience in Software sales/ lead generation/ b2b sales/ IT sales

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills.

* Education: MBA Finance or Sales / Marketing

*Excellent English Communication skills
