Role purpose: The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and nurture high-quality leads, leveraging multichannel strategies to drive growth and boost conversions.
Job Description:
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns through digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and other online platforms.
• Identify new opportunities to generate leads through targeted content, SEO, and paid advertisements.
• Segment and build prospect lists based on industry, geography, and demographics.
• Create and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and drip marketing strategies to engage leads.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Share qualified leads and insights with the business department to enhance conversion rates. • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
• Work closely with the business and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and ensure smooth communication.
• Regularly analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
• Manage the budget for lead generation activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine lead generation strategies and improve customer engagement.
• Work effectively as a team member.
Requirements:
• Masters degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, with a background in biological sciences preferred.1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, though freshers with a keen interest in marketing and a positive attitude are welcome.
• Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services. • Excellent networking skills, written and verbal communication, resourcefulness, and outstanding research skills.
• Self-starter with an independent, problem-solving approach.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and analyze business contracts, including B2B and B2C agreements with governmental and non-governmental stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating high-quality content for sales and business development.
• Strong customer service skills. • Detail-oriented and an active listener.
• Ability to work under pressure in a relaxed, non-hierarchical start-up environment.
• General IT skills, with previous experience in marketing and sales software being highly advantageous. A zeal for quick learning, implementation, and excellence is essential
