Pros Exposure to different types of Regulations for Chemicals

Cons: No work culture, believe in BOSS IS ALWAYS Right approach Management doesn't value their employees, totally business centric approach. They never want to listen to employees problems at workplace. No hierarchy in roles Compensation is totally based on Employers mood for the day. No benefits like PF, Health insurance, Gratuity. Have to beg for simple things like Salary slip or Casual leave approval. Improper Work allotment by Immediate managers.HR doesn't have any clue about Company Policies, always consults CEO or Executive Directors for simple queries like Job description or Appraisal meeting....Read More

It is good company to learn new skills, seniors are very supportive.

Dislikes

Working here will definitely help to grow the skills but all you have to think only about company there is no personal life and compensation is also not at par with skills you acquired, but it varies if you have joined here after working with the compititers.
