Job Description
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with at least 3+ years of experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the administrative department.
- Adept at managing administrative activities like Vendor management, including purchase of equipment, stationary, office supplies, services etc.
- Maintenance of procurement, Infrastructure and IT assets, Housekeeping, Safety, Security etc.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations etc.
- Prepare and distribute MIS reports, presentations, and other documents for senior management as and when required.
- Getting involved in recruitment process, employee relations, Statutory compliances and implementing company policies.
- Any other Administrative / Operational or MIS reports related tasks assigned by Management.
