Talent Acquisition Specialist

As an HR Recruiter, you take end-to-end accountability of the employee experience across touch points in our journey from startup to scaleup. Talent Strategy is extremely critical to the Group and entails working with multiple stakeholders across business & support verticals and sustaining a culture of high performance & growth.

• Meet the talent acquisition needs through conventional and innovative selection mechanism from sourcing to screening and onboarding.
• Support current and anticipated business requirements by acquiring fresh talent, ringfencing the key talent, identifying & plugging gaps in development, and engaging meaningfully with the employees.
• Maintain and publish HR trackers and dashboards to take informed, data-based decisions on talent strategy.

What you must have:

• High energy and enthusiasm to thrive in fast paced, start-up ecosystem.
• Graduate / post graduate degree in HR or substantial experience to be able to waive the degree” credential. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Suites.
• Problem solving approach, ability to take ownership and collaborating with stakeholders with business goals in mind.
