Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented marketing professional to join our global marketing team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies that increase visibility for and loyalty toward the Glider AI brand. You will work toward forging great relationships with existing customers, industry thought leaders and prospects through social media channels, email campaigns and other innovative methods.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Glider AIs hiring tools.
• Manage HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and lead nurturing workflows.
• Optimize SEO, paid marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy for demand generation.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine product positioning.
• Track and analyze growth metrics, campaign performance, and conversion rates.
• Implement A/B testing and data-driven strategies to enhance user acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts.
• Create and manage thought leadership content, case studies, and digital marketing assets.
• Identify and execute partnerships, co-marketing opportunities, and community engagement initiatives.
• Optimize the customer journey and onboarding process to drive engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Exception verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely organized with a keen eye for details
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• 3 to 5 years of industry experience
