Cold Email Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cold email outreach strategies to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Write compelling, personalized email copy that drives responses and conversions.
• Build and manage prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead generation platforms.
• Segment email lists and A/B test subject lines, email content, and calls to action to optimize performance.
• Monitor key email marketing metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates) and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with broader outreach strategies.
• Use automation tools like Mailshake, Lemlist, or Instantly.ai to scale outreach efforts.
• Analyze data and create reports to track performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold email marketing, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive, high-converting email content.
• Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Smartlead, Reply.io, Lemlist).
• Experience in list building, prospecting, and CRM management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize performance metrics.
• Understanding of email deliverability best practices.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
