Senior Financial Analyst

A Senior Analyst with 4+ years of experience advising corporates and assisting with capital-raising needs and leading M&A transactions

Responsibilities

1. Provide clients and senior colleagues / Management with detailed financial analysis, models, and strategic advice.
2. Prepare and deliver client presentations clearly and compellingly.
3. Represent the firm at networking and industry events.
4. Act as a mentor and role model to the more junior members of the team
5. Work on Models & Pitch Decks & other business documents.
6. Past transaction experience.
7. Strong analytical and modelling skills.
8. A positive, highly motivated personality exhibiting strong leadership and management qualities.
9. Strong understanding of professional ethics and regulatory environment
10. Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
11. Provide consistent feedback to the team to ensure quality is maintained.

Skills Required

1. 4+ years experience in M&A investment banking or corporate finance accounting within the following entities: an investment bank, a lead advisory boutique, or M&A departments of accounting/consulting firms.
2. Must have worked on Models & Pitch Decks extensively.
3. Handled a team of 3-5 Juniors .
4. Able to manage & front end client meetings & presentations
5. You should have a strong academic background (a minimum of a Bachelors degree) from a respected university.
6. Relevant qualifications such as ACCA or CFA memberships would be advantageous.
7. Fluent in English. The ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages would also be helpful.
8. Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts, with the ability to analyze and value businesses thoroughly.
