Digital Marketing Manager at a Brewery

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketer to develop, execute, and optimize online marketing strategies to promote our brewery. You will play a key role in building our brand, driving footfalls, and engaging with our audience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging posts, stories, and reels that highlight our beer, events, and brewery culture.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
• Make Instagram Reels and promote it on various platforms

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Plan and execute digital campaigns for product launches, events, and promotions.
• Run targeted ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram to increase visibility and drive conversions.

Content Creation & Management:

• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create eye-catching visuals and videos.
• Write blogs, email newsletters, and website content showcasing the brewerys unique offerings.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations for improvement.

Partnerships & Influencer Marketing:

• Identify and collaborate with influencers and bloggers for brewery promotions.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and communities to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the F&B, brewery, or hospitality industry.
• Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for craft beer and an understanding of brewery culture is a plus.
