About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our meeting-setting agency. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth execution of client interactions, data operations, and meeting scheduling while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals and long-term partnerships.

Data Operations:

• Oversee data management processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Regularly monitor and review data operations to identify and resolve inefficiencies.

Meeting Operations:

• Coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of meeting-setting activities.
• Maintain and update meeting schedules, client sheets, and related documentation in real-time.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure all client requirements and deadlines are met.

Client Renewals:

• Proactively track and manage contract renewals with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Prepare and present renewal proposals to clients, addressing any concerns to secure continued business.

Team Coordination:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operations with company goals.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to meet performance standards.

Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and implement improvements.
• Maintain operational excellence and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in operations or client management roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
