Experience - 04 - 07 years

Job Responsibilities -

Toprepare change control proposal and to initiate change control in SAP.

Toprepare the SOP as per approved change control and assign the trainings toconcern persons as per TNI in Aspire LMS system.

Toinitiate the incident/deviation/CAPA in SAP related to warehouse.

Toperform investigation of Incident/OOS/OOT related to warehouse.

Toprepare URS, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and execution of qualification activity as perapproved protocols.

Toperform UAT in SAP as per service request requirement.

Toprepare risk assessment, impact assessment, different protocols and reportsrelated to warehouse.

Toreceive the raw materials as per SOP and posting of GRN in SAP.

Toperform dispensing activity of raw materials and complete the related entriesin SAP.

Tomaintain all cGMP records and QMS documentation timely.

Tomaintain the warehouse in neat and clean condition.
