Job Title - Warehouse Manager / Assistant Manager

Role & Responsibility

1. Reviewing and ensuring proper Receipt, Storage, & issuance of material.
2. To maintained warehouse area including Raw Material Store, Packing Material Store and Finished Goods Store in clean and presentable.
3. Coordinating with purchase Dept. & suppliers/vendors for timely receipts of material.
4. Coordinating with Production & QC Department for timely sampling & approval of materials.
5. Ensuring safe operations & compliance to safety norms.
6. Reviewing & maintaining the Stores activities with related documentation involved as comply with GMP.
7. Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries conducting store.
8. Dispensing and issue of Raw materials and Packing materials to production and Packing department as per respective Batch manufacturing and Packing record.
9. To perform the Calibration and Verification of Weighing balances.
10. Physical verification of stocks.
11. Reviewing and ensuring proper Receipt, Storage, & issuance of material.
12. Receiving of Raw materials and Packing materials and others materials and prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN).
