Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive the product lifecycle processes, including product and market research, competition analysis, planning, positioning and product launch
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for final development by engineering teams
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
• Collaborate with teams to implement sales strategies and marketing plans to enhance market share
• Should be a Team player and be able to lead the team.
• Translate business strategy into product strategy
• Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market
• Plan and carry out product launches
• Manage product profitability and commercial success
• Provide insight to stakeholders on the competition, current market conditions & trends with key differentiators
• Understanding areas of concern, requirements and identifying business opportunities
• Handling technical queries raised by customers & resolve them
• Knowledge of various Project execution phases & activities

Work Experience Requirements:

• Strong experience in Business Development role
• Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
• Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
