Job Description

Role Summary:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will leverage your technical background to understand complex machinery and translate features into customer benefits. With your knowledge of B2B marketing, you will drive campaigns, support product launches, and engage with industry stakeholders to promote our brand in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans for B2B channels, targeting specific sectors and customer segments.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product management, sales, engineering) to understand product features and market positioning.
  • Content Development & Management:
    • Create and manage content that effectively communicates the value of our machines to potential clients (e.g., brochures, technical papers, blog posts, and case studies).
    • Collaborate with the digital team for online content distribution, ensuring technical accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
    • Track campaign performance, gather insights, and optimize future initiatives for higher ROI.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
    • Use insights to refine our product positioning and make strategic recommendations for new marketing initiatives.
  • Trade-Show Management:
    • Coordinate and manage industry events, trade shows, and customer seminars, ensuring our brand stands out.
    • Organize and represent the company at webinars and virtual events, delivering impactful presentations to promote our solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/ Biotechnology )
    • MBA in Marketing
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the machinery or industrial equipment sector.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong affinity to understand technical products, ideally within machine manufacturing or a related field.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, PPC, email marketing platforms) and CRM software.
    • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a technical audience.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Optimistic and self-driven
    • Attention to detail
    • Proven ability to manage budgets
    • High competence in project and stakeholder management
