As a Senior Marketing & Branding Executive for the healthcare division, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic marketing and branding initiatives to elevate the division's profile, foster patient engagement, and drive business growth. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, a proven track record in marketing, and the ability to lead initiatives that enhance the division's market position.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies aligned with the healthcare division's goals and overall organizational objectives.
• Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for differentiation.
Brand Development:
• Lead the evolution and consistent representation of the healthcare division's brand, ensuring alignment with organizational values and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate the brand into all aspects of the division's operations and services.
Campaign Management / Other Execution
• Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that highlight the division's services, expertise, and patient-centric approach.
• Utilize a mix of traditional (print , radio , outdoors , exhibitions , events , television ,etc ) and digital channels to effectively reach target audiences.
• Development and Management of marketing material/ merchandise for medical camps , hospitals , pharmacy stores , etc .
• Hospitals , Pharmacy stores internal and external branding
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Foster strong collaborations with healthcare professionals, administrators, and internal stakeholders to understand the unique value proposition of the division.
• Work closely with clinical teams to accurately represent medical services and achievements in marketing materials.
Content Strategy:
• Develop and oversee the creation of compelling and compliant content that communicates the healthcare division's strengths and resonates with diverse audiences.
• Ensure that all content meets industry regulations and ethical standards.
Market Research:
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, patient needs, and competitor activities.
• Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Digital Presence:
• Manage and optimize the division's digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online reputation.
• Implement digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement within the healthcare sector.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Provide regular reports to leadership, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Education, Skills & Experience & Other
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters degree is advantageous.
• 3 Years of Experience in healthcare marketing and branding
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Proven track record of successful strategic marketing planning and execution in the healthcare industry.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
• Candidate needs to travel to different hospitals and pharmacy stores.
