Job Overview:

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on cloud computing, virtualization, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver training programs on cloud computing, virtualization, and related cloud technologies.

- Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.

- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences, including IT professionals, developers, and administrators.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing and virtualization technologies.

- Assess the training needs of clients and tailor training programs to meet their specific requirements.

- Provide post-training support and mentoring to ensure successful implementation and adoption of technologies.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other trainers to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in cloud computing, virtualization, and cloud technologies.

- Strong knowledge of major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

- Experience in creating and delivering technical training programs.

- Certification in relevant cloud and virtualization technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware Certified Professional) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
