Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cloud Computing & DevOps Trainer to join our team full-time in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cloud technologies and DevOps practices, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring learners. This role requires the ability to deliver high-quality training sessions to students and professionals, ensuring they acquire industry-relevant skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery:

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Cloud Computing and DevOps concepts, tools, and practices.
• Provide hands-on labs and live demonstrations for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).

2. Curriculum Development:

• Assist in designing and updating training content, modules, and materials to stay current with industry trends.
• Develop case studies, projects, and assignments for practical learning experiences.

3. Capstone Project Evaluation:

• Guide students in developing comprehensive capstone projects, integrating cloud and DevOps tools.
• Evaluate projects based on technical accuracy, innovation, and practical application.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to enhance student learning outcomes.

4. Student Mentoring:

• Provide guidance and support to students during the training period, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners on their performance.

5. Technical Expertise:

• Share knowledge and insights on emerging trends in cloud computing, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation.
• Facilitate discussions on best practices and real-world applications in cloud and DevOps.

6. Collaboration:

• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Work closely with industry experts to align training content with market demands.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

2. Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, etc.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and monitoring tools.

3. Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in cloud computing or DevOps roles.
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is highly preferred.

4. Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for simplifying complex concepts.
• Ability to engage and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
