Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Assist in creating high-quality course content aligned with CFA Institute curriculum and updates for Levels I, II, and III.
• Trend Monitoring: Keep track of industry developments and CFA Institute announcements to ensure our training materials remain cutting-edge.
• LMS Management: Upload, organize, and manage content on the Learning Management System (LMS) for seamless student access.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with training, marketing, and academic teams to align course content with institutional goals.
• Content Updating: Revise existing modules and materials as per CFA curriculum updates and industry standards.
• Student Support: Address student queries related to course content and guide them through the CFA learning process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Progress in the CFA program (Minimum Level I cleared).
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as ethics, portfolio management, corporate finance, and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus.
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
