Preferred Candidate(s) Profile:

• The ideal candidate(s) should have an interest in early-grade education and educational content development.
• They should have strong research skills, proficiency in designing tools like Canva, and excellent communication skills in Odia(non-negotiable) and English.
• Familiarity with early years teaching methods, pedagogical practices, and a passion for child-centered, play-based learning would be advantageous.
• The role involves refining and developing engaging and innovative learning content for pre-primary and primary grades.
• It also involves improving current teaching materials for teachers and creating educational activities for parents to assist their children's learning at home.
