Opening For Technical Officer at Pune Plant (Hadapsar)

Role & responsibilities

• Production Supervision
• Ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
• Verification activities of existing products and processes on daily basis.
• Check and improve safety and quality control procedures.
• Supervise raw material processing and manage production area sampling.
• Factory Operations Management.
• Lead and manage daily food plant operations to achieve production targets.
• Implement best practices for food safety and quality management.
• Deal with daily product deviations and investigations if any.
• Reducing waste by improving efficiency thru changes in operation & on job training
• Safety & Quality Management:
• Develop and maintain food safety and quality management systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Innovate and develop new food products, focusing on consumer trends and preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
• Maintenance of records on daily basis

Candidates having experience with FMCG, Beverage and Food Industry will be preferred.

The Plant is located at Pune (Hadapsar) Area.

The Position will be reporting to Production Head.
