Production Supervisor

Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient use of machinery, materials, and

manpower.

• Monitor machinery performance, collaborating with maintenance teams to minimize

downtime and maintain equipment in optimal condition.

• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and support the

development of a high-performance production culture

• Keep up-to-date with food safety laws and update production practices as needed

• Conduct training sessions for production line workers on proper handling, processing,

and safety standards.

• Develop SOPs and guide quality, hygiene, and safety protocols to ensure

team adherence.

• Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence, encouraging continuous learning and

improvement among team members
