Sourcing & Recruitment

• Identifying potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Posting job openings on various platforms and company websites
• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job criteria

Interview & Selection Process

• Conducting initial interviews (telephonic/video/in-person)
• Coordinating with hiring managers for technical and final rounds
• Administering pre-employment tests and background verification

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

• Creating a positive hiring experience for candidates
• Showcasing company culture through social media and employer branding initiatives
• Engaging in campus recruitment and job fairs

Offer Management & Onboarding

• Negotiating salary and benefits with selected candidates
• Preparing and issuing offer letters.
• Coordinating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

• Preparing Various letters like offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation & Termination letters etc.
• Assisting in Employee Engagement Activities.
• Maintaining Employee Files with high accuracy.
