Hiring HR Executive - Lower Parel

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

Conduct the first round of interviews to assess candidates' suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.

Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Training and Development:

Assist in planning and executing employee training programs.

Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.

Maintain training records and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Candidate Screening:

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials, if required.

Event Planning:

Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.

Plan and execute HR-related events, such as onboarding sessions and orientation programs.

Daily HR Operations:

Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Coordination and Collaboration:

Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs.

Provide regular updates on recruitment and HR activities to senior management.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and a results-driven approach.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in an HR role is mandatory.
