Opening For the position of Zonal Sales Managers in General Trade Dept

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop new markets to achieve growth targets.
2. Planning and forecasting of regional numbers on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
3. Deliver the sales volume target by developing market in the assigned territory as per Annual Operating Plan
4. Add new outlets which should contribute to achieving monthly and annual volume/value targets
5. Drive sales volumes of FMO (Focus of the Month) products and increase the Unique SKU count in the outlet and ensure Product range availability
6. Track competitor activity on a continuous basis and take action to counter competitor strategies in order to increase market share
7. Regularly monitor the stock levels at the distributors and ensure availability of stock
8. Ensuring to continue the digitization of the entire sales work by SFA (Bizom) & DMS.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply chain & Finance.
10. Identify the key talents, help them nurture and enhance capability to take up more responsibilities.
11. Supervise and train the regional team to achieve sales target.
12. Set annual performance goals and monitor performance through periodic one-one and team meetings and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
13. Responsible for solving the teams concerns and grievances while providing continuous support and counselling.
14. 14. Mentor the first line/area manager team. Coach and develop direct reportees to enable them to be better mentors and coach for their front-line sales teams.

• West Zone - Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa
• North Zone - Delhi, UP, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, J&K, Rest of North
• Central Zone - Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh , Chhattisgarh
• East Zone - West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, North East

The Zonal Heads will be operating from below locations.

• West Zone - Mumbai
• North Zone - Delhi
• Central Zone - Bhopal
• East Zone - Kolkata
