Role & responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various job portals, including Naukri.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Recruitment Processes:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and create job postings.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Provide updates on the recruitment pipeline and candidate status.
- Onboarding and Post joining formalities.
- Personal Files Audit & Management .
Preferred candidate profile:
- Min 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficient in using Naukri and other job portals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
