Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for CA Intern- Account Executive for our organization in Gurgaon. Candidates who can join immediately and meeting below skills criteria are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day accounts related activities of the organization.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• CA Intern with minimum 1 years of real time experience in handling accounts independently.
• Must be capable of drawing trial balance & carrying out bank reconciliation, creditors / debtors reconciliation and passing other accounting entry independently.
• Skill and understanding in processing transactions, reconciling bank statements, calculating tax payments & updating ledgers.
• Maintaining and keeping proper record of Petty Cash, Cash Book, Bank Book and all kind of related registers.
• Maintaining TDS challans, quarterly returns, preparation of TDS certificates, etc.
• Excellent skills in filing returns, data entry, computation of income etc.
• Should have full knowledge of Sales Tax, filing of Sales Tax returns
• Ability and skills in audits, fact checks & resolving discrepancies
• Proficient in MS Office, Tally 7.2 & other accounting software
• Excel and regulatory requirements of GST Accounting skill
