Human Resource Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 2.5-6 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the companys goals and growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Location: Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore
Experience: 2.5 to 6 yrs
Shift Day: Monday to Saturday
Time: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, including phone screenings and in-person or virtual interviews.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline by engaging with passive candidates and establishing strong relationships with potential hires.
• Job Postings: Craft compelling and accurate job descriptions, and post job openings across various platforms.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Support: Extend job offers, discuss compensation packages, and assist with the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2.5-4 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Certification in Human Resources (such as PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
