Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Tele callers to connect with potential clients in the US market, promoting and selling property solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to deliver a seamless sales experience over the phone. Experience in selling ultra-luxury high end real estate projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote property sales and services.
  • Explain property features, pricing, and benefits effectively to prospects.
  • Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable property options.
  • Schedule property viewings or connect prospects with sales agents for further discussions.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients and follow up regularly.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally.
  • Stay updated on property market trends, offerings, and company policies.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales scripts and strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in tele calling, tele sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with the Indian property market is a plus.
  • Experience in handling US based Non Residential Indian.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a neutral or US-accented tone.
  • Persuasive, confident, and results driven.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and tele calling software is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in US time zones.
