Roles and Responsibilities :

As a Python/Odoo Developer, you will :

- Develop and customize Odoo modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, HR).

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement technical solutions.

- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems via APIs and web services.

- Optimize Odoo performance and troubleshoot issues.

- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.

- Stay updated on Odoo features and evaluate their relevance for projects.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Education : Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).

- Experience : Minimum 2 years in Python development with a focus on Odoo.

- Proficiency in Python, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Expertise in Odoo module development, workflows, and migration.

- Knowledge of Docker, API testing tools, and software development best practices.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Odoo Techno-functional expertise.

- Experience with Odoo versions and migrations.

- Familiarity with tools like VS Code, Jenkins, and Postman.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Odoo Certification v15.

- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
