Hiring for our client specialized in complete End to End solutions in the compressed air industry from point of generation to point of application. From the Air Compressor, Air Receiver, Air Dryer, Piping for the compressor, digital flow meters and pneumatic accessories like Air Hose Reels, Quick Release Couplings, and Air Blow Guns

Job Description :

We are hiring for a Tender Executive for the Andheri East, Mumbai location.

Roles and responsibilities are:

- Assist in preparation of Tender documents, presentations and Variation Orders Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirement.

- Submit and administer contract data requirements (SAP) Prepare and seek approval for orders (SAP) for all contract related items.

- Organize and maintain contracts filing system.

- Maintain filing system for all contracts data that must be secured in dedicated filing rooms Assist during tendering by providing administrative support for Communications with vendors Communication with evaluation teams Collating commercial and other information submitted within proposal Indexing all documentation during tender clarifications

- Coordinate site visits and clarification meetings between Qatalum end users and bidders.

- Coordinate with the Tender Committee Secretary for assigned contracts.

Qualifications :

- BE in any field except IT.

Nice to have :

- Good verbal and written skills.

- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

- Domain Knowledge.
