About the Role:
As an Engineering Technician, you will play a crucial role in Make Ready Engineering (MRE) and Pole Loading Analysis (PLA) to ensure compliance with utility standards and codes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assess utility poles for new attachment needs and compliance with NESC/GO95 requirements.
• Perform Pole Loading Analyses (PLA) and develop attachment plans to resolve clearance violations.
• Create detailed Work Orders and manage project assignments to meet production goals.
• Use data/project management systems to document and track progress effectively.

What Were Looking For:

• Qualifications: Associates degree in electrical/mechanical/civil engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of databases and modern software tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: Experience with overhead utility recognition, flexibility to work varied hours, and a commitment to excellence.
