Inviting applications for the role of BusinessTraining & Call Quality, Management Trainee – Customer Service
In this role, you will support the overall organization’sstrategy and help the business grow through its training and call qualityimprovement initiatives, and develop and handle performance of the training andquality team.
Responsibilities
· Conduct training needs assessments to identifyknowledge gaps and areas for employee development
· Design and develop comprehensive trainingprograms, including curriculum creation, choosing appropriate delivery methods(e.g., classroom instruction, e-learning modules, on-the-job training)
· Manage and coach internal training staff,providing guidance and support to enhance their delivery skills
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programsthrough metrics and feedback mechanisms
· Collaborate with various departments (e.g., HR,Operations) to align training initiatives with overall business objectives
· Deliver training sessions effectively, utilizingstrong adult learning principles and engaging instructional techniques
