Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Customer Journey Expert
In this role, we are looking for a Customer Journey Expert (CJE) to expand our Credit risk assessment team. The team is responsible for the facilitation of full WB front office related origination and monitoring journey for Lending and related exposures. This is a role in a complex environment with many internal and external stakeholders and where there is a lot of room to develop for somebody demonstrating a proactive, self-learning approach. As a CJE you are helping deliver and develop everything around PD models for NBFI, Object finance and CPF models.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Journey Expert of the Credit risk assessment team you make user stories, organize the sprints with the developers, and steer on delivery in time and with the right quality. You work closely with the engineers.
You serve as an important link between all the stakeholders and the development team. Making sure the right priorities are set, deadlines are met and communicated what is being worked on and what not.
Driving the delivery of the new scorecard for Object finance, NBFI and CPF retrofit in close co-operation with stakeholders, delivery of assessment scorecards in excel format; relevant number of credit risk assessment scorecard in optrt file format covering (i) all base template questions (ii) all model specific questions (iii) model specific data quality controls; delivery of feature file with test cases for (sub)model specific DQ rules and conditional visibility of questions within the scorecard.
Test evidence for all test cases in the feature file,
Testing of total rating workflow
Deployment to test and acc environment; User acceptance support and bug fixing.
Day to day handling of questions and requests related to the testing and go-live of the models.
Contributing to our product management vision, plans and execution.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
You have several years of relevant work experience; for example, as a customer journey expert or other roles where you have worked directly with developers, IT, and data;
You are analytical, interested in data and you have a good knowledge of excel and python.
A financial background and knowledge of Commercial Leasing & Lending is an advantage.
You are flexible, enthusiastic, binding and you have a service and client-oriented attitude.
