Job Description
- Responsible to Lead Finance & Accounting Service line and help in solutioning for all new deals in pipeline.
- Network within the organization to form relationships at all levels (decision-makers and influencers)
- Establish clear, ambitious, and achievable transformation objectives that align with the companys strategic vision.
- Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions
- Will be Required to co own deliver y of End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in class implementations / streamlining the onshore/ off shore operation
- Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions
- Ability to manage multiple RFP s/ deals at the same time .
- Managing knowledge design, implementation & support for complex F&A domain. Help in m onitor ing & review of solution implementation process in a collaborative manner.
- MBA, Bachelor s degree in Accounting , Finance, or Business, Preferably Chartered accountant.
- High degree of Analytical skills and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong financial analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Proven understanding of F&A professional including AP, AR, R2R, FP&A concepts, processes, key controls and ability to manage a large team in a remote environment
