Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Retail Banking

We are looking for candidates who would be required to process customer requests as per the set procedures within defined timelines and with high accuracy standards .

Responsibilities

• Process request as per the application, referring to standard operating procedures

• Updating Customer Demographics in Bank System

• Policy Set up and doc a ument generation

• Mortgage Tax payment

• Searching customer contact information

• Reconciliation of internal bank General Ledger Accounts

• Posting Check details into the bank system

• Coordinating with Bank Vendors to gather information and respond back to customer enquiries

1. Communication: Proficient in Reading, Writing and Speaking skills (English)

1. High level attention to detail and accuracy
