Genpact - Assistant Vice President - Supply Chain Management SME (15-20 yrs)

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - SCM SME. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated consultant with experience in designing & implementing solutions in Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

- Experience in all areas such as production scheduling, Import Planning, 3rd Party Manufacturing, inventory management or supply/operations and demand planning is preferred

- Strong Process Re-engineering, Improvement, and Implementation experience

- Strong Communication and Ability to influence effectively across levels of management and peers, both internally and externally

- Self-motivated and independent personality with strong negotiation & problem-solving skills

- Strong understanding of supply chain and supply planning business drivers, organization structures and key metrics. Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills.

- Demonstrates problem solving skills and working under tight timelines; multi-tasking abilities; exception based management capability.

- The ability to lead and scale up large teams with a continuously improved mind-set.

- Experience managing and building customer relationship. Strong in maintaining client relationship.

- Experience managing and owning P&L and growth and gross margin

- Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others

- Sound understanding of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, MRP, Fulfilment & Logistics.

- The position is responsible for managing the supply chain team across all SCM verticals.

- Responsible for delivering client SLA/KPI.

- Driving value unlock projects and identifying opportunities to enhance current processes.

- Strong in driving processes with the team and stakeholder.

- Should be a problem solver and team motivator by setting examples.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

- Graduate in Operations, Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Business or related field with understanding of applications such as SAP or other ERP/APS software experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

- Supply Chain related experience, preferably in CPG/Consumer Electronics company

- Working knowledge of any of the ERP & Planning systems like SAP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, O9 etc.

- Knowledge of Analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau
