Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Record to Report
In this role, we are looking for an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience and should have advised a team size of ~50 people. In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fairly high-pressure business environment while being a standout colleague.
Prior Record to Report Operations experience in the ITES Industry with driving transformation / projects experience / Robotic implementation experience will be preferred
Responsibilities as a RGFTE
- Lead & Perform the monthly Closing & Reporting process
- Strong E2E understanding in R2R
- Review & Approval of journal entries
- Issuance of monthly financial statements
- Review & Preparation of financial reporting for forecast and budget
- Consolidation & Preparation of Financial Statements
- Responsible for reviewing monthly client P&Ls and distribution
- Monthly analysis and review of balance sheet accounts and expense accounts
- Balance Sheet and bank reconciliations
- Analysis of expense/accrual/reversals - trends, reasons for increases, etc.
- Financial Reporting & FP&A
- Prepare monthly Management Packs for Finance Directors
- Variance Analysis with meaningful explanations
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Actual VS Forecast walkthrough
- Reporting by Business Line
- Thorough understanding of P/L & B/S reporting process, prior experience in HFM is preferable
Responsibilities as a Team Leader:
Service Delivery:
- Ensure Team Meets agreed level of Performance Standard
- Define standards that serve as a Benchmark for Service Delivery
Quality:
- Ability to lead Projects and Continuous Improvements
- Deliver productivity and drive efficiencies by applying quality tools
- Required to apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts/principles and alternative solutions
Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree - B. Com, M.COM/MBA
- Relevant work experience in closing & reporting
