Assistant Vice President, PMO S4H Deployment

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, PMO S4H Deployment

In this role the person will drive S4 Deployment project as a PMO / Lead, so we need someone who has good experience in leading large ERP deployments (preferably S4) + has good understanding of how General Accounting works.

• Lead S4 Hana implementation in Finance as Genpact Project leader, managing deliverables with team of some Finance SmE s
• Partner with Client team to understand deployment timelines - Should have led some big ERP transition / migration / deployment in the past
• Working with multiple partners, creating and aligning on RACI & timelines for what activities will be owned by S4 tech team / Genpact Delivery Team, UAT team etc.
• Providing regular updates / progress reports to Genpact and Mondelez leadership Communications should be Good
• Work with internal delivery teams on regular asks that will come from deployment team

Understand the SOX Regulations and always ensure adherence by the teams

Act as point of escalation to resolve accounting and reporting related issues in a timely manner and ensure all queries are dealt accurately and efficiently

Evaluate and recommend improvements to systems or other processes to maximize the use of information system resources to develop comprehensive reporting models

Develop the team through effective performance management and monthly appraisals

Accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, CHAE or equivalent) or MBA Finance.

Demonstrate detailed knowledge of accounting principles, systems and procedures

Experience in S4 Deployment project as a PMO / Lead

Experience of handling RTR Tools (eg. Blackline, SAP , S4H , Hyperion, workflow, etc.)
