Genpact Walk-In Drive for Customer service: Non-Voice / Voice roles|| Venue: Visakhapatnam|| Work location: Hyderabad/ Warangal on 9th November 2024
- Walk-In Drive: 9th November 2024
- Walk-In Venue: Sankethika Vidya parishad Engineering College,Behind YSR International Cricket Stadium, PM palem, Visakhapatnam.
- Job Location: Hyderabad /Warangal (Only work from office)
- Languages known : Hindi + English
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift
- Experience range: 0-1 year
Responsibilities
Customer Service -Non voice roles
- Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality.
- Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines.
- Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely.
- Provide insights to help improve the support to the users.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Customer Service Voice roles
- Respond to customer queries and customer’s concern
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and advance product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Graduate (Any Discipline except Law)
- Freshers are eligible
- Candidates with previous exp.(upto 1 year) in customer service roles can also appear for interview,
Preferred qualifications
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Analytical skills with customer centric approach
- Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
