Job Description
- Playing Customer advisor roles for EPM, in driving Consulting layer
- Managed People, Business Growth, Trainings, Delivery as part of Practice roles
- Managed multiple customer portfolios for EPM Implementations, Support engaging 100+ member teams
- Lead EPM Proposals & Pre-Sales in generating new business on Cloud EPM skills
- Will have to work with various stakeholders as an advisor to help the team define and implement
- Will have to collaborate with other teams within Practice/Competency on delivery of professional and leadership / Non-Technical development programs
- Should have working exp and knowledge of Anaplan, EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS applications
- Will gather requirements, plan delivery and assess risks, Will focus on technical delivery and will be responsible for the quality of deliverables
- Will identify and escalate the issues associated with deliverables in a timely manner
- Will be expected to understand any issues raised by leads/onsite teams and its impact on his/her work
- Will work independently with minimum technical/functional direction from the leads Will be owning modules and provide guidance to junior staff on their deliverables
- Will be expected to contribute towards various practice building activities.
- Understanding the integration requirements and ability to build FDMEE/Data Management components
- Preparation of key deliverables such as Requirement s document, Design document, Test plans, Training materials, Innovate and create accelerators that will simplify repetitive work, Exposure to traditional and Agile project delivery
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously at different locations
- Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment for teams located across
- extensive exp in EPM products (Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion Cloud, Anaplan, TM1, OneStream)
- experience in implementation of Anaplan, Oracle EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS solutions
- Experience in running $10M revenue portfolios, driving business growth
