Job Description
- Engaging with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Demonstrating the features and capabilities of Workdays software solutions to potential clients.
- Problem solving skills to address prospect concerns and requirements and craft creative solutions.
- Value based selling (value led approach) in a Presales / Sales Consulting environment.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
- Providing technical guidance and answering questions from potential clients regarding Workdays software solutions.
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals, statements of work, and other sales-related documents.
- Conducting product evaluations and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value and effectiveness of Workdays software solutions.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Workdays solutions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
- Supporting the sales team in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Domain expertise and experience in Workday HCM and cross ERP functions.
- Strong presentation skills - including focused software demonstration techniques, sales messaging and storytelling.
- Strong technical and industry knowledge to assist with solutioning and problem solving.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.
- Strong technical and industry knowledge to assist with solutioning and problem solving.
- Pre-sales / Consulting experience with Workday HCM enterprise business solutions.
- Previous work experience which allowed you to demonstrate the skill of storytelling.
