Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Delivery Manager/Senior Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities
o Define product scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
o Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
o Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
o Act as a bridge between technical teams (engineering, DevOps, QA) and non-technical stakeholders.
o Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
o Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
o Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts to ensure project success.
o Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
o Drive Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure iterative and incremental delivery.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
o Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers
o Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Core skills
o Strong understanding of SaaS product development and underlying technologies (Java, Python, Angular, Relational and Graph Databases)
o Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture
o experience in technical project management, preferably in SaaS or software development.
o Proven track record of managing complex product development with multiple stakeholders.
o Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira).
o Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
o PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
o Understanding of AI/ML
